Cisco Finesse freezes or logs me out when using it in Google Chrome.
Environment
Cisco Finesse/Google Chrome
Resolution
Open
Google Chrome.
Click on the
Ellipsis
in the upper right corner of Google Chrome
Click on
Settings
.
Then click on
Performance
.
Then under the
Memory
section at the top. Toggle the Memory Saver
on
.
Click on
Add
under
Always keep these sites active.
Select
UCCX01.macomb.edu
and click
Add.
If the site isn't listed under
Add current sites
then click on
Add sides manually
and type in
uccx01.macomb.edu:8445
The settings should like below when complete. Close out of Chrome and Reopen to apply changes.
