Prevent Finesse From Logging Out

Issue/Question

Cisco Finesse freezes or logs me out when using it in Google Chrome.

Environment

  • Cisco Finesse/Google Chrome

Resolution

  • Open Google Chrome. 
  • Click on the Ellipsis in the upper right corner of Google Chrome

 

  • Click on Settings. 
  • Then click on Performance.

 

  • Then under the Memory section at the top.  Toggle the Memory Saver on.

  • Click on Add under Always keep these sites active.  Select UCCX01.macomb.edu and click Add.

  • If the site isn't listed under Add current sites then click on Add sides manually and type in uccx01.macomb.edu:8445

  • The settings should like below when complete.  Close out of Chrome and Reopen to apply changes.
