How to Access Voicemail from Softphone or Off Campus

I want to access my voicemail from off campus or on softphone

Environment

• Personal Phone

Resolution

• Press the star (*) key (you can hit the key immediately, do not wait for a prompt)
• Enter your mailbox number (extension) followed by pound (#)
• Enter your password/pin for your voicemail box followed by pound (#)

 Note: If you enter the wrong password 3 times, your mailbox will be locked for one hour.
