How to Resolve Docking Station Issues

Issue/Question

• My external monitor will not work with my docked laptop
• My external keyboard and mouse will not work with my docked laptop

Environment

• MCC owned laptops with docking station kit

Resolution

1. Undock the laptop
2. Hold the power button for 30 seconds
3. Redock the laptop
4. Turn on the laptop

If after following these steps your docking station is still not working correctly, please submit a ticket.
