How do I open a shared mailbox in Outlook 365?
Environment
Outlook 365 (web version)
Resolution
Navigate to
Outlook 365
Login to your Account.
In the folders on the left side, right click on the
folders
header.
Select
Add Shared Folder
.
Type in the
shared mailbox name
.
Select
Add.
In your folder list on the left you will see the mailbox. To expand the folder select the arrow to the left of the mailbox.
