How to Troubleshoot Printers

  • On campus
  • Windows
  • MCC Owned Computer

Resolution

  • Turn the printer off and on again
  • Unplug the printer from the wall for 30 seconds then plug it back in
  • Check for stuck documents

  • Remove and re-add the printer
