Resolution

Please review the new account management options below.

New Students: If you have recently applied and were admitted, please check your personal email for account activation instructions. It may take up to 4 hours for the instructions to be sent after the Admissions email.

I want to:

Password Basic Complexity Rules:

  • Password must be at least 12 characters
  • Password cannot contain the user name
  • Must contain characters from three of the four following categories: 
    • Uppercase letters  
    • Lowercase letters  
    • Number (0 through 9) 
    • Non-alphanumeric characters (special characters): a space and (~!@#$%^&*_-+=`|\(){}[]:;"'<>,.?/)  
  • Passwords expire after 365 days

MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication) is required for the above options. If you have not set up MFA for your account, you may need to reclaim your account or request a temporary access pass below.
